Neil Verlander is a volunteer helping to maintain the Hanley Swan Pond

Each month Neil clears rubbish and leaves to keep the outlet pipe flowing, keeps the shrubs and plants tidy and regularly re positions the rocks around the pond to maintain the bank that was re-built

It’s just an ongoing job!

The Mallard Ducks keep us all entertained

For a few years this pair of Mallard Ducks returned to our garden in Hanley Swan.

You will see further down how these wild ducks feel so safe they come into our Garden Room! It was so much fun to see them come back each year.
